When we walked into our room, the air conditioning unit was out of service. When I asked for the maintenance to come and fix the unit(the day was hot), the worker said they would send a guy, which they did. But after the maintenance worker just messed with the unit for about 5 minutes, he just left and didnt come back. When we called the front again, they informed us that they will not be able to give us another room or a new air conditioning unit, and told us to deal with it since their manager was not present. Turns out, the manager was well aware of the problem. We were disturbed multiple times by the maintenance guy who left for miscellaneous reasons, just to come and knock on the door again 20 min later. Seeing that not all facilities that we paid for were present or working, and our peace and domicile was disturbed, a refund is absolutely necessary.
