This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 6 and delivers an elevated experience from the moment you arrive, with two fireplaces, a full kitchen, and layered indoor-outdoor living designed for people who want more than just a place to sleep.

Two Samsung smart TVs bring the entertainment - a massive 70-inch screen on the main level and a 55-inch on the lower level. Both are set up with streaming apps so you can pick up right where you left off at home. No gaming console on site, but the views through the windows are a show of their own.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking - coffee maker, blender, toaster, a full range of pots and pans including a roasting pan and baking options, plus all the tools and utensils you need. Dishwasher, refrigerator with working ice and water, stove, and microwave are all in place. Wine glasses, coffee mugs, and a full set of plates and cutlery are provided for up to 6 guests. A corkscrew and can opener are tucked in for those who come prepared.

Outdoor



Step outside and the fire pit greets you right at the front door, hooked to a small propane tank and ready for starlit evenings. The propane grill sits next to the house near the shed with all burners working, a grill mat, cover. (Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.) The setting is wooded and secluded while still being close to town - the best of both worlds.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided with a lockbox outside for key access. The driveway is paved but runs steep and narrow, so guests with larger vehicles should plan accordingly and four-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Your host is available to help if anything comes up during your stay.

★ Pet-friendly property - well-behaved pets are welcome (Max of 1 pet. There is a $75 per pet)

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ 2 steps up at the front entrance, plus 14 steps down to the lower level - not step-free

★ Steep and narrow paved driveway - four-wheel drive required, especially in winter

★ Road salt and a snow shovel are on site for winter guests

★ No HOA restrictions
