    This first level condo features wireless internet and four Roku TVs, with a digital antenna for local channels as well in the living room. Well equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in every room. Beautiful view of ocean, beside walkway to the beach, oceanfront covered double balcony with furniture. Walkway to beach, pool access, grilling area. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Grill. Hardwood flooring throughout living room and bedrooms.

    The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

    Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Long weekend away with friends

Great location - convenient to golf and restaurants. Beach access was awesome and prompted many great walks. Only 4 stars for cleanliness because cooking pans and drawers needed some attention before use. Otherwise a perfect site for our weekend getaway.

Cloud 9

Nice condo, great beachy decor, comfortable, clean and cozy. The pool was a nice option, and we met some great people there. Great view of the dunes, ocean and Oak Island pier, Caswell lighthouse and Bald Head Island in the distance. Easy walk tolocal restaurants. Southport is a short drive away for more fun and relaxation. Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous!

Another Great Getaway

We have stayed at this location before, so we knew what to expect. Our recent stay did not disappoint as neither did our first visit. The location on Oak Island and the close proximity to the beach are just two of the many reasons for booking another visit. We enjoy the view and the accommodations are why we returned. Whether it’s grocery shopping, nearby restaurants or a short drive to South Port, it’s all convenient and easy to get to.

Great get-away

Our stay was a good experience. The check-in was simple and straight forward. The accomodations were what we hoped for...location, views and beach access were all great. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Calm and convenient

I really enjoyed the views! Also, being so close to the beach was wonderful. I have a little trouble walking and stairs were very easy to walk plus the walkway was close and easy to walk right to the beach. The balcony was a ver y nice size. Caswell Beach is so nice to stay at. It was convenient to get to restaurants and grocery store. I will definitely stay there again.
