**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • Community pool: This home is part of the Sierra Country Club community which has a seasonal community pool. Pool usually opens around Memorial Day (~ end May) and closes around Labor Day (~ early Sep). There will be a $5/person charge at the door for each use of the pool. • Cellphone signal can be spotty. You might want to enable Wi-Fi calling/texting if your carrier allows.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home; kindly refrain from allowing your pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient location, well stocked with everything you need for a week of cooking, laundry, and fun. Beds are comfortable, dining table accommodates a crowd, and the kids can cut loose downstairs. We had a great stay.
An excellent property with a Million dollar view! We really appreciated all the small things the owner did for us to make us feel comfortable and welcome, like fresh ground coffee in the morning! The home was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Area is wonderfully quiet. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat!
We came for a mountain bike weekend and were delighted to find a property close enough that we could ride to the trail system at Fort Ebey. It was also a huge bonus for us to have access to the garage for secure bike storage.
The home was plenty large, well appointed, and had lovely views. Quick access to the beach for nice strolls as well!
Communication with the host was easy, quick and pleasant. We definitely want to stay here again!

Everything was great and great service!! I can’t recommend these people enough,
My family stayed here for a weekend. Property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Close to Ebey's Landing, my favorite Whidbey hike.
Overall exceptional stay. The place was clean, classy, and more spacious than we expected. The yard was a bit in need of upkeep, but the view and interior exceeded our expectation.
We rented this property for a quick 3 day summer getaway with visiting family from DC, and had a great time. The views from the deck are phenomenal, and the home has recently been remodeled in the main living areas and is very comfortable. I would suggest getting a few more chairs for the deck to make it comfortable for all staying there to enjoy the view!
We were very comfortable in this Coupeville house. Love that the house faces west so you can enjoy sunsets on the balcony. We cooked at home and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Also the beds are comfortable which is rare in a holiday home! I would definitely come back.

The property wasn't as expected. The house was nice enough and clean inside but it smelled old and stale.. There was a nice view, but the outside area was unkempt and the barbeque grill area had old briquets dumped on the ground next to the house and grass was uncut. It really took away from the experience we expected. Ended up leaving a day early. It ruined our anniversary.
Four kids and Four adults had so much fun! The house was great and well located in the middle of the island. Everything was comfortable and in working order. I'd stay here again! Even the management was helpful, kind, and responsive without intruding.
We had a great time with our kids and grandparents at this property that has amazing views of the Sound and the Olympics. We took strolls in the neighborhood and enjoyed Coupeville, the sculpture park and Fort Ebey. The house is well equipped.
