The Best House ever!!

My grandfather started the tradition of vacationing to Martha’s Vineyard. My father continued that tradition and now I have attempted to continue it. However, the family continues to increase in size and has not stopped..more room is needed..Mikes house is the answer. The perfect size to accommodate a large family while also being perfectly located. A central hub to all towns and beaches. The house provides exquisite rooms with comfortable furniture and updated digital services.If you enjoy table tennis there is a fantastic table with paddles in the basement. Or if you are into the real deal, there are rackets and a full court close by. No matter what, you will enjoy this stay. Mike has a wonderful home and I am very glad my family was able to experience it. I hope you do as well.

This house has everything you will need.

We love this house and Mike is such a great host. House has everything you would need so you don't have to pack sheets, beach and bath towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. House has so much space for the whole family and hanging out in the shady backyard is great after a long day at the beach! Pickleball/Tennis courts plus close to Sengekontacket Pond if you want to bring your SUP or Kayak. Perfect situated close State beach, OB and Vineyard Haven. Look forward to our trip every year.

Best Family Vacation!

This home was perfect for our family. We have 4 children from ages 7-14. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Laundry area in basement is perfect and the machines look brand new. You really don't need to bring anything with you except your clothes. This house has everything!! The tennis courts and pickleball courts are right across the street. Safe neighborhood for bike riding and walking. Beautiful front sitting area to check out the birds and butterflies in the meadow and centrally located for visiting all of the island. We love OB because it is always active and there are so many things to do. We will definitely be back again!

Meadow View 2025

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable 7 adults and 3 children. The common areas allowed lots of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to make large meals. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Ample Space. Perfect Location.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home. Ample space for a large family gathering, both in & outdoors. Plus its centrally located to all the major town centers, e.g., Oak Bluffs, Edgartown & Vineyard Haven. Mike was a great host who kept in touch at just the right frequency.

Meadow View Farms

We had a great week at this property. Everything was easy from start to finish, and Mike is without a doubt the most prepared and responsive home owner/property manager that we have ever come across. The house is fully stocked with everything someone on vacation could need. The location is great. Nothing feels very far, which isn't always the case on the vineyard. The kids loved playing ping pong table and using the tennis/pickle ball courts. The house is a bit dated, but all of the aforementioned things made up for it. Overall great stay. We'd recommend, especially for families with kids at the age that they want to bring a friend of two along.

Perfect Girls Weekend

I can not say enought good about this property and the owner. Mike was the most kindest and easiest owner i have ever had the pleasure dealng with. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything u would need. Plenty of towels and paper products. Each bedroom featured tvs, fans,and phone charges. As a matter of fact, they were everywhere in the house. So convenient. The house had a beautiful back yard with seating for 5 and was just a quiet place to sit and relax. In the basement we found a ping pong table on our last night and had such a blast. There was nothing we needed that this house did not provide. 5 stars is not enought.

Enchanted Island

Our first time on Martha’s Vineyard. The home I was the perfect size for our party of 8. The location in Oaks Bluff is close to everything. The host was always available to answer questions and is very accommodating.

Our family stayed at Mike's house for a week. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Mike was extremely responsive during the planning for the trip and also during the length of our stay. His house literally has everything you need from seasonings to cook with, to beach chairs and other amenities. The house fit our family perfectly. I would highly recommend this home!

"SAWEET"

Wow, where do I begin...after arriving in Oak Bluffs, and cruising through the picturesque Island of Martha's Vineyard. My family and I excitedly turned into the entrance of Meadow View Farms and arrived at 68 Meadow View Road driveway! Oh, what a beautiful homesite with an Open floor plan and a plethora of amenities. The home accommodations were outstanding and exceeded our expectations!

A wonderful home on the vineyard!

Our family (4 adults and 1 child) spent a week at this home. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could want. Owner was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven via car. Would highly recommend this property.

The best kept secret on Martha's Vineyard!!!

The Cramer house on MV is fabulous. Mike Cramer was the perfect host. Always available to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. It was the best stocked house that we have ever rented. Cooking supplies and paper supplies were in abundance. The house was perfect for our family of 10. It is roomy, with enough space to be by yourself for a quiet read or to gather together for a meal or family game night. The bedrooms are a nice size, and each comes with its own TV. The Wi-Fi is good if you must check emails or do some work. The backyard is spacious and well equipped with grills, lawn chairs and a table. The front porch complete with rocking chairs is great for morning coffee. Oak Bluffs is a 10-minute drive. Edgartown is a little longer depending on traffic. It’s an easy drive to State Beach or South Beach. The house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The house and property were perfect for our family. But what was evident from the moment we stepped through the front door was the care and pride the Cramer's take in their home. It looks and feels like you are walking into your own home and that is part of what makes the Cramer house so special. If you rent it, you won't be sorry.

Wonderful experience

House was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. Many dishes, pots, flatware, etc. tv’s In every bedroom, lovely antiques,. Owners communicated well. Ferry tickets supplied. Would rent again.

Relaxing Getaway

We were four adults and four children ages 7-10. House was a perfect size for our group. Very clean, lots of good quality towels as advertised, and we appreciated the beach chairs. Huge bonus to have the option to purchase ferry tickets, which added to the ease of this vacation. The neighborhood is in a good location and is very quiet. We had some minor issues with internet but owner was very responsive and after he reset it, no further issues. Beds were very comfortable.
