Hotel elegante, com lindas vistas e jardins.
Lindo hotel. Quarto grande, camas confortáveis. Há uma varanda maravilhosa de frente para os jardins da entrada do hotel. Fácil acesso, pelo jardim, para as principais atrações da Isla de Toja. A cidade ao lado tem ótimos restaurantes, com frutos do mar, muita fartura. Tudo maravilhoso porém nossa ida ao hotel foi pelas águas medicinais e nos frustramos ao saber que a piscina não é de água termal. Para ter acesso às águas medicinais é necessário fazer um tratamento individual. O café da manhã é bem variado e farto. Vários tipos de ovos, presuntos, e muito mais.

We will go back
It is a beautiful hotel with a great history and stunning location. I stayed here in May when the hotel and general O Grove area is still quiet. This suited us. My parents considered changing their plans and staying on longer as they loved the location so much.

Magnificent!
A well-kept and beautiful Grand Hotel with magnificent views of the bay, a lot of charm and tradition. Ilsa la Toja is also a great starting point for visiting other parts of Galicia. The staff are very professional, service-minded and made the experience even stronger. Will definitely go back!

Séjour parfait sur l’île de la tosa, dans cet établissement de caractère. Tout dans cet hôtel est rafinement et luxe discret. La chambre, le petit déjeuner, le calme, la vue correspondaient à notre attente. Un terrain de golf pour les amateurs est accessible sur l’île à un prix discount si vous séjournez à l’hôtel.

We had a wonderful stay here, except for one issue: dinners. The views are breathtaking and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. The staff is super friendly and polite. Breakfast is excellent and there are good gluten free options (as in the rest of Galicia). However, there is not much around the hotel, it is a place you go to get away from everything, and therefore we expected a reasonable dinner option to be available at the hotel. It wasn't. Dinner at the main restaurant was served from 9-11pm (with reservations). This is not inclusive of many foreign guests like ourselves who eat dinner much earlier. So we were left with the hotel bar, and there the food was absolutely terrible and overpriced. I'd read about this in previous reviews and unfortunately it's true. One night in we realised we'd have to drive to the mainland for dinner for the rest of our stay. We would have also appreciated a kettle and teacups in our room. This being said we loved our stay and would return, but taking into account the inconvenience of dinner. It detracted from what would otherwise have been a 5-star stay.

Magnífico hotel
Estupendamente todo por parte del hotel. Un problema con la reserva de hoteles.com que trasladaron al hotel una reserva con una habitación inferior a la contratada pero al decirlo en recepción nos lo subsanaron. Si vas a este hotel en La Toja ya no quieres ir a otro. Instalaciones y personal de 10

Un palace ancien de la belle époque comme on les aime et parfaitement entretenu. Salles de bains rénovées tout à fait satisfaisantes. Mais en période de fin de pandémie, service a minima. Par exemple, aucun room-service !

Un entorno excelente. El hotel, antiguo balneario de la Toja, precioso. Conserva su imagen vintage con adelantos modernos. El servicio es excelente. Se lo recomendaria a cualquiera.

El hotel está bien sobretodo las zonas comunes pero le hace falta una renovación a las habitaciones. Lo mejor: el desayuno en esa maravillosa terraza viendo la ría de Arosa Lo peor (o mejorable): las habitaciones están bien y son amplias pero están un poco viejitas.

Altehrwürdiges Luxushotel mit Macken
Klassisch-elegantes Bäderhotel aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert mit schöner, ruhiger Lage an der Arousa-Bucht, geheizter Pool mit schöner Liegewiese. Leider funktionierte die WC-Spülung nicht, der Hausdienst musste innert 1 Tag dreimal kommen. Warmes Wasser gab‘s einen ganzen Tag lang nicht, so dass für über 300 Euro die Nacht kalt duschen angesagt war. Die Storen klemmten und das Licht im Bad brannte je nach Laune. Ich habe viele bequemere Betten erlebt. Die Speisekarte fiel mit je 3 Vorspeisen, Fisch, Fleisch und Dessert etwas knapp aus, Essen war recht, tadellos hingegen war das üppige Morgenbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell und immerhin so kulant, mir auf meine Kritik hin 10% des Gesamtpreises zu erlassen. Insgesamt kann das Hotel für ein teures fin de siècle Erlebnis an schönster Lage empfohlen werden, eine Renovierung der Sanitärinstallationen täte dem Haus aber gut.

Un fin de semana especialmente distinto
Es un hotel espectacular, de los de epoca y con la clase propia de este tipo de edificios emblemáticos, con un entorno privilegiado en una zona extraordinariamente tranquila y justo al lado de la población de O Grove que permite disfrutar de todo sin apenas necesario moverse en coche. Las zonas comunes especialmente cuidadas, el desayuno insuperable de 10. Con música en directo incluido, la habitación muy bien con agua en la nevera disponible y recien restaurada con vistas al jardín y laterales al mar, al tratarse de una isla el entorno es brillante. Un balcon con sillas comodas si se opta por la discreción de la habitación. Y por poner algún punto a mejorar, el servicio de mantenimiento tendría una nota baja, ya que un edificio de este tipo saldría económico mantenerse en perfecto estado si se van corrigiendo a diario los pequeños desperfectos si se espera a que se rompa del todo saldra mucho mas caro, bisagra mampara de bañera, mando cisterna y cierre de puerta de habitación que hay que tirar con fuerza, requiere atención. Detalles que no cuestan nada más que dedicarle un tiempo de operario de mantenimiento, igual está de vacaciones.... Broma a parte un fin de semana fantástico gracias.

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, La piscina exterior es climatizada, aunque en esta ocasión no estaba tan caliente cómo en otras.La decoración es clásica, esperable en un sitio cómo este. Para descansar está muy bien.
