Apartment "Schlossberg Rosengarten" with Mountain View, Private Finnish Sauna & Garden

The new stylish apartment "Rosengarten" with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains with Rosengarten and Latemar is located in Deutschnofen (Nova Ponente) in South Tyrol and is the perfect Dolomite retreat for couples or families. The 60m² ground-floor apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and an exclusive bathroom with a Murano glass sink, thus accommodating 4-6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine in the common room (use for a small extra charge), a safe, and a flat-screen TV. A baby cot can also be provided.

The spacious private outdoor area has a 80 m² garden and a 20 m² covered terrace with its own whirlpool and Finnish sauna, where you can relax while looking at the magnificent panorama. From the apartment you can reach a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and the bus station (800m-1km) in about 10 minutes walk. The nearest village ski lift is just a 3-minute drive away (1.3km), and several great ski areas, including the Obereggen and Carezza ski resorts, can be reached within 15-25 minutes by car from the apartment. In summer, the area also offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling, and South Tyrol's charming capital Bolzano (Bozen) can be visited after a 30-minute drive (27 km).



Parking is available on the property.

Bed linen and towels are included and fresh sets are available on request.

The guest pass Eggental is included - ski/hiking shuttles and all public transport are free of charge
