2回目で利用させていただきました。 キッチンと洗濯機があるので小さい子どもがいるファミリーには最適です。 プールも何度も使わせていただきました。 今回14泊の滞在でしたが、毎回外食となると食費がもたないので本当に助かります。 また次回も利用させていただきますね。 ありがとうございました。

Beautiful view of the beach, room was a bit tired, you could tell they were working on improving them. Comfortable enough and in a great location. Although sold as a serviced apartment it’s important to note that the apartments are clearly only serviced on the weekend so if you are staying Saturday to Saturday ensure you plan to accommodate clean towels etc, there is a washing machine.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Cependant, une salle accueillant des événements festifs se trouve juste en face, ce qui perturbe fortement le séjour. Les festivités se prolongent parfois jusque dans le hall de l’hôtel, sans qu’aucune intervention ne soit faite pour y mettre un terme.

bathroom was such bare minimum scene...no conditioner...no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom...kitchen didn't have dish detergent..had a washer but no dryer or washing detergent...no fan or Aircon in the living room....location of the apartment is absolutely perfect...staff is very nice...other than above mentioned things the unit was comfortable and spacious to live in...pls get ur own tea coffee and milk..fridge was empty..not sure how to consider it a service appartment..

It was clean and staff were friendly. In need of renovation, but was cheaper than other hotels but still expensive. Apartment you are required to buy own dishwashing soap and body wash. But you do get shampoo and the bars of soap. In walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The views are excellent when you get a room with beach views!

Casa del sole is a very spacious space. Perfectly situated on the beaches of Noumea. The hotel is in good conditions and u must ask for a higher level appartment to get the best views

Great views but as many other reviewers have pointed out - the hotel is looking a bit tired !! Simple little maintenance issues like sticking cupboard doors, paint on skirting boards ( nearly every room) and cracked tiles etc give you the impression average is good enough. Staff are friendly & happy to help but getting an extra roll of toilet paper the only issue !

Ok 15th floor, but would still like lockable doors on balcony for security, easy to climb around from next door. Property has seen better years, shop described as convenient is long gone and closest shop is 15min walk. Lack of non slip bath dangerous.

The location is nice if you want to spend time in Noumea, but it is a longer drive to get out of the centre. During the weekends, there is a lot of noise from the surrounding area (bars), till 23:00 or even midnight. It was unclear at the time of booking, that there was no cleaning service offered. I was given 1 roll of toilet paper only! WiFi was free for only one day. Rubbish was not collected from the room. Much noise from the corridors. I had a cockroach in the room. The room itself was nice, but very outdated in terms of furniture and equipment. People smoking weed on the balconies. There was limited parking space. Overall, the place could have been much nicer if services were provided in the rooms, and the place would be refurbished. The staff itself were friendly!
