「Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill. 「My brother and I with his son stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the lower level sliding glass door was open and I could not figure out how to lock it. Other than that I have no complaints. "私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり 玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたり さりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。 車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃 朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。 セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの 一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。 ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有り ゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので 予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。 次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい "
