**Brand new, quiet and eco-friendly heating and cooling system**

Make new memories at this unique Victorian home. It stands out against other homes in the area.

Amazing en suite master bedroom w/ separate sitting area and skylights.

Located on a private side the street with ample off street parking .

Beautiful hardwood floors and open floor plan is great for friends and family gatherings .

Prime location - very close to casinos, Mystic, beaches, wine trails, shopping.



The space
Entire home is available to guests!!

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room with built ins, table with 10 chairs, living room with tv, and plenty of sitting arrangements, play/conversation room with swing chairs, fire place and many sitting places to have a group chat or a quiet place to read a book, screened in porch for outdoor entertainment, 2 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms.

Lower floor:
1 king bed + futon bed + private bathroom

Upstairs:
1 queen bed
1 queen bed
1 queen bed
1 queen bed

Guest access
You have the entire house to yourself during your stay. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES inside or outside of my house, please respect my neighborhood.

The entire 2 floors of the house is yours and I truly hope you feel at home here. I've tried hard to make this a fun and relaxing place to stay.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm city-wide noise ordinance. If you are looking to party, play loud music, get drunk and rowdy, or talk loudly outside after dark, this house is not for you. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will call in complaints and cops will show up.

Excellent house and terrific location - perfect for a family weekend at a local wedding. Seamless communication with owners, house very clean and layout of the house was perfect for our group. Kitchen is well organized and easy to use, mattresses were great, house has character and charm and is lovely overall. I was a bit disappointed in a few items which show some inattention to the home (listed below) but overall a great stay and perfect for my family. Thank you to the owners - wonderful house. If it were my house and I had guests I would:- Fix the railing on the steps off the downstairs suite - it is unstable. My mom was in the suite and she is 97 - I wouldn't want her falling if she went in the backyard-Some basic landscaping in front yard and back yard to make the house look more cared for-Trim vegetation in the driveway so bushes/tree branches aren't in the way as you drive in-Professional paint and spackle job for walls and baseboards throughout the house - I would have given 5 stars not 4 if the interior walls and baseboards and stairs were in better shape-More hooks in suite bathroom to hang towels/bathrobes

Perfect for extended family!

We were in town for a family reunion and stayed a the property with ages 6 to 80 year olds. The downstairs master was perfect for my parents who enjoyed the spacious area & not having to navigate the stairs. The living areas were comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms & bathroom upstairs was perfect for my brother, my 2 boys & my husband and I. Highly recommend!

The house was fine overall. The bedrooms are literally all copy and pastes of eachother. the big bedroom downstairs is supposed to be the best but turned out to be the worst room in the house. It was extremely cold all night while every other room in the house was warm. the light switches are very confusing. when leaving my group and i like to clean the house as much as possible to make it easy on the hosts which was difficult seeing as theres no dustpan. overall the stay was very baseline. it couldve been better but wasnt the worst

Family Vacation

I’m grateful we found a property that fit our family size. We wanted to introduce my family to CT and be their tour guide. The house itself needs some tlc. Judge for yourself. I personally wouldn’t choose this again.

Great house

This house was huge, clean and met our family’s needs. We cooked in the kitchen and hung out in the living room at night. House was located in a convenient location for our multiple day trips we made. Host was very responsive. We had a great family vacation!
