The pond in the corner of the backyard (150-ish? feet from the back porch) was close enough to attract some wildlife to the backyard and far enough to be a minimal draw for the kids. 「My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and...

「The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful.」
