Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa. Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa."

"Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!"
