「wonderful stay」

「O local é lindo e muito confortável, tem uma vista privilegiada do Lago Maggiore. O atendimento muito cortez e gentil. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama boa , box com tamanho bom. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso e tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito saboroso, com o café e suco feitos ns hora.」

「We had a lovely stay here and had the buffet breakfast in the morning, extremely central and only a 10 minute walk from the port and the train station. Felt like a very cosy and safe place, even had some board games available which we played」

「It was an amazing stay. The hotel is generally clean however, the floor in the room was not perfectly clean. You can see dust in the corners. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Two minor inconvenience: 1) there is no lift and i had to carry 2 luggages to the second floor. 2) The main road is directly under the window, which makes the passing cars so noisy at night.」

「Die Zimmer in diesem Hotel sind gesundheitsgefährdend durch den vielen schimmeln durch die Wasserflecken an der Decke das Holz quillt auf und der weiße Schimmelpilz frisst sich durch die Spalten das ganze Haus stinkt nach Räucherstäbchen um wahrscheinlich den modrigen schimmligen Geruch zu übertünchen der Besitzer ist äußerst unfreundlich bis hin zu einer gewissen Aggressivität wenn man ihn auf diese Mängel anspricht verweist er einen des Grundstücks und lässt einen gar nicht mehr ins Hotel...

「Mal señalizada el lugar exteriormente. Al lado de un restaurante abandonado y en reforma. Aspecto exterior lamentable. Al contrario de todo esto el interior muy limpio y funcional. No tiene servicios todo es on line.Sugeriria mas luz en el baño y disponibilidad de vasos en la habitación」
