"At one point on my first night stay my heater stopped working they sent maintenance over immediately. The gentleman looked at my heater and when he couldn’t get it working he went and got me a new room. It took me less then half an hour to get into a new room and the maintenance guy went into the new room and made sure the heater was working properly before he helped me bring my stuff into the new room"
