「Hotel is confortable. We stayed at El Cid Marina Beach and passed well. One thing I coud not understand.. At the moment of check-in, we had been asked to change hotel (to El Cid Castillana from El Cid Marina Beach), if we would like to...I don't know the reason why (Overbooking?)... Of course, we have denied the offer and stayed in El Cid Marina beach.」

「Friendly staff. Decent room. Good food. Bathroom and shower were good, hot water worked. Could have used a fridge in the room.」

「Is a beautiful place!! You can easily take the city bus only for tourist at the entrance of the hotel, it is call Sábalo centro bus for only $13 pesos and it has air conditioner and it takes you everywhere!! The hotel itself is absolutely amazing! The capuchino and food were delicious. The Sevice was also great! We are ready to go back!」

「Es un hotel bastante bonito. Sin embargo, nos cobraron 1,000 pesos (casi 60 USD) por uso de Internet y Estacionamiento y no llevábamos automóvil. Tenían un congreso y cada noche teníamos ruido hasta las 04 de la madrugada por personas en estado de ebriedad. Nadie puso orden considerando que vamos a descansar. No es un hotel familiar m」

「Mi hermano se enfermo con un salmon que le dieron en el restaurante italiano ademas que la de recepcion no nos dio una buena bienvenida estuvimos ahi el viernes 3 de mayo y el servicio en algunas ocaciones fue muy rudo una de las recepcionistas al momento de querer hacer reservacion para el restaurante me trato muy mal lo cual estoy segura que no hacen con sus clientes extranjeros. Mi experiencia fue deliciosa en cuanto al cuarto, instalaciones, los meseros del area de playa y piscina...
