Outstanding !! We loved how they took care of us. All the staff were amazing, Natalia and Yasna were exceptional with their customer service. Following their advice and recommendations on the local surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so well planned and designed, from the original welcome tour to the final day facilities available for swimming, showering and luggage storage after check out times. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We felt so...

Great

The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...

Clean, very friendly and great breakfast

We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! As for the room, the good points were that it was well equipped, had plenty of shelves and storage space for our things, and was cleaned every day. The main...
