「We made a reservstion thru expedia and settled the cost by credit card in advance but reservation was not recognized by the hotel and could not check in by the reservation reference number then newly paid the hotel accomodation cost again. Expeida excused it was because of miss arrangemebt by intermediated travel agency in between two parties of hotel and expedia. we concluded expedia was nothing doing but enjoying profit only, or harmful on line exploiter.」

「Banyo dan kokular geliyordu (lahım), banyo genelde cok temiz degildi su lekeleri mevcuttu, yataklar cok yumusak di eski gibi, cocuk beşiği direkt klimanin altina yerleştirildi kullanamadik o yüzden, otelin bahcesi berbat bi durumda bi tur gezmek icin imkan yoktu, cafe dedikleri yer ne bir servis elemani bulundu ne dosdoğru icecekler sunumdaydi 」

「Stayed again after some 8 years, happy to see the quality of hotel's services have only improved. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If I have to criticise, I can only comment keeping room heaters down a bit. We simply love not needing to leave the hotel premises for anything..」
