「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

Bathroom floor was so sticky and shoe marks all over it and the shower floor was gritty 」

For room selection you need to put if the king size rooms have tubs or not I had to change rooms because it did not and my husband needed to soak his leg. The king size suite would of been better for us except the tub. Everything else was great.」
