    Sunny Jay Village condo sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and cozy fireplace, a perfect home base for skiing, the waterpark and more. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, patio, ski locker, mudroom, boot dryer and hot tub.

    Family-friendly: kids’ dinnerware, sippy cups, Pack ‘n Play, highchairs and sound machine.

    Managed by Vermont Mountain Experience. Photography, backcountry and resort guiding available; guests save 15%!

    You will be staying right next to the Grammy Jay ski run, which takes you to the Village Double chair. Ski from your door to the lift and ski back! Skiing doesn’t get easier.

    The golf course is a half mile from your door and the tram to the top of Jay Peak is just beyond the golf course. Only a 5 min walk to Mountain Kids Adventure Center and the Clips and Reels Recreation Center.

    The bright, well-appointed kitchen is the perfect space for family and friends, with bar seating for four, a dining table that seats 8–10 (with an additional leaf), and everything you need for home-cooked meals.

    Enjoy your kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry, ski locker and mudroom, with plenty of space for hockey, golf, or ski gear. You’ll also have a ski boot dryer, patio, and a private hot tub!

    Sleeping arrangements:
    • Main bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom
    • Second bedroom: Queen bed
    • Living room: Double sleeper sofa

    Jay Peak gets more snow than any other ski area in New England! In addition to skiing, Jay Peak Resort offers the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course, Pump House Indoor Waterpark, hiking, and mountain biking.

    There are many wonderful restaurants, casual dining options, and bars close to your door. The Mountain Kids Adventure Center and Clips and Reels Recreation Center, featuring a climbing gym, movie theater, arcade, and more, are just a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive away!

    Beyond the resort, two guidebooks are included: one covering hiking trails, backcountry skiing and swimming holes, and one covering shopping and attractions, both with travel distances.

Awesome Location!

Wonderful time renting. Dan was super helpful and easy to reach. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Excited to rent again next year. Perfect slopeside location for kiddos learning to ski.

Perfect location with lots of menities and great host

True ski in / ski out property. Check-in is a breeze and the condo has everything you want. Hot tub, coffee, boot dryer, gas range, two bedrooms and full bathrooms. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the host. We would definitely stay here again.
