"チェックインが５時までとは見ておらず、５時すぎてからホテルに行ったら宿泊客も従業員も誰もいなかった。ホテルの電気が消えて入口の扉が完全に閉まっていました。結果的に宿泊できず、キャンセル料金を取られました。"
