"Loved the mattress. Slept well and felt rested after a long drive to New Plymouth. This is the second time we stayed over at Devon, looking forward to a third stay. Thanks to wonderful cleaning staff who kept the room and bathroom in such a clean condition. "

"Had the ocean view cabin for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The view was amazing from the rear deck and waking up to that view in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day. The front desk gave me a bath bomb to use in the deck bathtub and it was a highlight of my stay! The bed was very comfortable and the dressing gowns were a nice touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again."

"Booked this property as I was attending a wedding in the area. I was looking for something that had a kitchen and a pool which this property had.we stayed in a one bedroom suite. Beds and pillows were comfortable, wifi was good, lots of hot water."

"We recently stayed here with our family and overall had a really lovely experience. The location is absolutely amazing, with beautiful views that made the stay feel special. The check-in process was smooth, and dealing with the property manager was easy and pleasant.The home itself has a warm, relaxed “beach bach” feel and a great family atmosphere. We really appreciated the character of the place and the sense of history—it felt like a home with stories behind it, which added to the charm.That said, we did feel it could benefit from a bit of TLC. There were a few areas that felt a little tired, such as some ripped curtains, worn mattresses, and a slightly musty smell in places.Overall, we had a great stay and made some special family memories here, thank you for letting us stay at your family beach bach.
