Enjoy the spacious & gracious living areas and 5 luxury bedroom suites, each one with a special feature (fireplace, jacuzzi tub, spacious sitting room)! An additional bedroom with full size bed and a futon on the 3rd level. A fabulous summer retreat for extended family! Outside you will find 5 acres of lovely rolling land w/gardens, stone walls, a pond and charming outbuildings. The expansive porch is large enough for everybody to comfortably hang out together. You will have access to the entire main house. The separate structure (Barn) is not available at this moment. This house is situated at a quiet, rural part of Stonington, while still being within arms reach of all the vacation places that Mystic has to offer. It's only 15 minutes to the Mystic downtown and the coast. Pet fee will be charged at $50/night per pet. Dogs size limit 25 lbs. While this property has all the space necessary for an event, events may not be hosted as parking and the neighborhood does not allow for it.
