Beautiful location

Plenty of room for all of us, large main living space facing the ocean great for games and gathering. Never turned a tv on the entire time…not when you have that view

Three levels of living quarters to segregate age groups and have your choice of entertainment level. Perfect for a large group. The name, Sandy Paws and Feet is spot on. Convenient to every type of store you may need. Nice area with a lot to do. Highly recommend

Great location but…. We were so disappointed in the condition of the house. Refrigerator ice maker broken, dishwasher door broken, moldy shower curtain, missing lamp shade on ceiling light, loose floor boards on deck.. in fact, a family member stepped down the step and the board broke underneath and her foot went through! The kitchen was not well stocked. Lots of plates, not good on pots, measuring cups, mixing bowls, cooking utensils. Need more or better storage shelves in kitchen pantry. The house is just run down.

Besides the curtain falling down on the first day.. this was the most amazing house ever!

The location of this property is insane.. it was amazing to come out back and step right in the sand.. it was enough space for everyone to have there privacy! And we absolutely loved it! I would rent this house a million more times! The elevator made unpacking the vehicles super easy!! If you have a big family and they be on your nerves. Then this is the place to rent!

Non working appliances. Elevator needed service call. Ants everywhere. Facility not very clean. Bldg needs renovating. Bottom floor especially.

Nice size, great location, needs work

Overall nice house, just needs major upgrades. AC kept going out, some toilets clogged easy, some sinks didn’t drain. Middle of night smoke detectors would go off for no reason, assume batteries need replacing. Read the fine print: they don’t provide bed linens or towels, and not enough forks for large groups. Just little annoying things like that led to a less than good experience. In the age of social media reviews and Airbnb, they need to provide more than the bare minimum, especially when things can happen out of their control like the pool liner needing to be replaced and we were unable to use the pool until the last day of our trip. Last but not least, nowhere for dogs to do their business except the beach, which dogs are only allowed before 9am and after 5pm during the summer. The deck is fenced in so they can go outside but there is no grass or sand for them.

Great location with easy beach access

A few maintenance issues that were quickly addressed by Elliott realty. There is not a yard as pictured on the website, which was not ideal for our dogs, but we were able to walk them around the neighborhood instead.
