「Excellent facilities and very helpful staff members. The rooms are clean that made our stay very enjoyable with my family. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, the entire area, location, and surroundings are very welcoming. 」

「The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.」

「It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.」

「The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...

「What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. Surely, we will recommend FNT to our other family and friends. Well done Fernan and Thess!. Thank you.」

「This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!」

「We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. 」

"This is our second stay and I chose a city view room, which was a different type from the last time. It was not a great view, but was open and relaxing with lots of windows. Some of the staff seemed to lack training, but in general they were very helpful and stress-free. We are planning our next stay for this upcoming December."

"夕食後にチェックイン、朝食後すぐにチェックアウトしたのでほぼ寝るだけの滞在でした。部屋は値段相応で可もなく不可もなくでしたが照明を全てつけても薄暗かったのが気になりました。ローカルホテルには珍しく温水シャワーの水圧が充分あり助かりました。客層はローカルの方々の家族旅行が多いようで、夜間や早朝に数回、外廊下やベランダでの話し声や足音で目が覚めました。滞在を楽しむには不向きですが、ビジネスホテル的に割り切って利用するなら家族4名1室SB×4でリーズナブルに宿泊できるのでこの内容で納得しました。ただ、サイト上での高評価はあくまでもコスパに対してであり、ホテル自体の質はローカルの古ぼけたホテルに過ぎないので期待せず行かれるのをおすすめします。"

"部屋にミニキッチンが付いていて、microwaveもありたいへんべんりでした。徒歩圏内にはスーパーマーケットがあり、コンビニよりも充実した食材が入手でき、長期滞在にも向いていると思いました。施設内は清潔に保たれています。レストランはkuyaJが入っていて、朝食ビュッフェはそちらで頂きましたが、美味しくて満足できました。"
