"Great stay! Marina was very communicative and attentive. No issues at all. Home was clean, welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen is convenient and stocked with essentials that made cooking meals a breeze. We took advantage of the games and cards that were provided, watched movies together on the comfy sofa. Lots of space to hang out together or separate to our own spaces. The beds were comfortable too! We travel as a family to Denton often to visit our son at UNT. The home is conveniently located and a super short, easy drive to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will book again!"

"Overcrowded with an event. Right before m had 1 towel. Housekeeping wasn’t available @ 7 am when we needed towels for a shower. "

"The staff was very customer oriented, the hotel appeared to be new or had recently gone through a renovation. The only complaint if any, the one day I ate breakfast, it was cold. "

"Rooms were run down. Everything felt old and cheap. Towels were old and bare minimum toiletries. Seen hotels in Mexico with better accommodations. Felt like a cheap motel. "

"Cute cottage style, very comfortable beds, pillows were very comfortable. Everything in kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of places to eat within a block radius. Only thing we didn’t like was the whole back fence needs replacing and dogs could easily slip through broken panels especially since it’s pet friendly and guests may bring their dogs. Outside patio furniture needs replacing. Back door lock was loose and didn’t feel secure. Hanging hammock was not usable and torn. "
