「I gave it 4 stars because the main road runs between you and the beach. If you are not used to traffic noise like I am, traffic starts moving pretty early in the morning.」

「A great place to stay. Wish I stayed more than one night. Will definitely come back again, clean, spacious, great customer service, owner was amazing, quiet and close to home everything. Thank you!!」

「Although we came here without a car, the staffs picked us up to the nearest bus stop and showed us around. When i talked with them , they were always smiling and helpful. Service in this hotel was much better than i expected. I wanna come here again.」

「Right on the ocean….nuff said. Fall asleep listening to the waves.」

「A lovely quiet and enjoyable stay! Dinner was amazing at the Saaphire restaurant. Service was exceptional as well :)」

「Every time I am in Parksville, I enjoy staying here , considered best value of money」

「Very nice place. No complaints」

「Nice location. Very helpful staff. They renovated the entire resort (and is still currently being renovated) so the amenities have been upgraded. The washrooms have heated floors which was a nice surprise for us. Recommend if people just want a relaxing time.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Riverside Resort.」

「Excellent sunrise and view. Mirror in room would have helped us to free the bathroom sooner as the bathroom was sharing.」
