「Booming music through the window. I asked to change the room, the duty manager at night gave me the room that was “good enough” but I could still hear. The duty manager during the day was very helpful. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in India so far, it is very good and heaven compared to the mess outside. However not up to the standard of some European or Japanese hotels.」

「Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.」

「Amazing clean room staff m」

「I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...

「Had evening we needed for our one night stay. Dinner was great and it was nice to have dinner on the rooftop. The hotel is extremely close to Taj Mahal and we were able to walk there quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「Had a really nice 1-night stay here. Max himself was friendly and helpful and the room was small but good for the price. Would definitely be back again」
