This place was awesome great set up back porch with fire pit and a grill great kitchen and you can be at beaches in no time close to everything then at end of the day ur back to a quiet place in the country homewherewere

Quiet; Comfy; Welcoming

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family. Check in was simple and Julie was very attentive to any needs. Bed was comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to utilize the full kitchen for making a lasagna for the family! Lots of treats and daily items (like coffee pods, water, snacks) were provided. Plenty of towels. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Golf trip

Stayed at Julie's property for 4 days for a golf trip. Unit was as advertised. Off the beaten path but still only 5 minutes from freeway in Ft Myers. Never more than 25 min to any destination. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

Cozy and comfortable little getaway. Julie is super nice and responsive. We truly enjoyed some R&R after the Christmas holidays. Definitely recommend for couples or small family.

It really was country quiet yet close to everything...really enjoyed the quiet time but didn't get to take full advantage of all that the property had to offer outdoors due to a mostly rainy week, but it is definitely a spot I would like to visit again! Definitely enjoyed the quiet time away from the stresses of life!

Clean, cozy home.

This cozy home is conveniently located in N Ft Myers. It was also very close to the wedding venue, where my husband attended his nephew's wedding. The home was very clean and had nice comfy queen beds in each of the two bedrooms. The back porch was a terrific place for rest and relaxation. It was a very enjoyable country setting.

Excellent stay!

This was a fantastic stay for our wedding weekend. The space is clean, very comfortable, there are plenty of places to hang out when we had people come over for dinner, it is a very quiet area, I would absolutely live out there if I could. The host is easy to communicate with, everything went super smoothly, I literally have no complaints or improvement, thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be coming back

BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY SETTING-STAND ALONE HOME

We stayed at Julie's rental home as we had a closing on a new home purchase in Babcock Ranch. We found this rental to be everything that was advertised and more. The home is a stand alone property and so you are not next to other residents. This home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all of the comforts one could possibly need for a stay. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the living room worked very well. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not use. Julie made sure that we were able to access the home with no problems and was in close contact should we have any problems. For those persons coming to Babcock Ranch to view housing, etc., this home is only about 7 miles away and is in a very quiet, pretty country setting. Outdoor patio furniture with a BBQ grill is right outside on the back deck and overlooks a beautiful yard and trees. We will definitely return to this home if the need should arise and will highly recommend this home as a great place to stay. Tom & Karen

This property was wonderful. The location is quiet and very peaceful. The exterior and interior of the property was beautiful I especially loved having a nice back porch to relax on and new wood floors to step foot on. It was close proximity to all the amenities I could want. I will definitely try booking this property in the future because of just how nice it was.
