Vacationing families will find the perfect New Hampshire escape at this renovated, three-bedroom home in North Conway, a charming piece of property with a spacious fenced-in yard and a wealth of at-home entertainment for all ages. Play badminton or croquet outside on the grass, host family barbecues on the large patio as your kids build castles in the sand box, and end each evening by telling stories in the cozy warmth of the seasonal granite firepit. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a convenient mudroom, a main living room with pine floors and a gas log stove, and a fully appointed kitchen where you can prepare homemade meals at night. Spend the after-dinner hours playing the provided Wii games in the second living area (with a kitchenette as well), watching movies on TV, or catching up on a bit of work using the desktop computer and printer.

This quaint home is located in North Conway Village, within a few blocks of the center of town, a number of popular outlets and restaurants, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and the North Conway Golf Course. If you're a winter athlete, you'll find Cranmore Mountain Resort - offering nine lifts and 56 trails across 170 acres - three-quarters of a mile up the road, as well as the mountain resorts at Attitash (eight miles west), Wildcat (18 miles north), and Bretton Woods (30 miles northwest) within a short drive. The always charming Story Land (six miles north) is beloved among children, while the nearby Kancamagus Highway is one of the nation's most renowned routes for fall foliage.

Great location and clean but tricky stairs to upstairs bedrooms.
We had to shovel the snow in order to get in which was tough in the dark. It had been at 4 days since it had snowed so would've expected path to be clear. Once inside it took over an hour getting the wifi to work in order for the TV to work. There should be instructions regarding the TV as not everyone is familiar with only steaming options. Luckily we were able to communicate via text as it was 10:30 on a Fri night. The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms are very short and dangerous. I slipped once but luckily was holding onto railing. Beds were comfortable and the master bedroom pillows were great.

Has potential but overall a letdown
My family stayed here for February break. The location is amazing - super close to Cranmore and easily walkable into town. The beds were clean and comfortable and the cleaning crew did the best they could with what the property is, but overall this property and stay were a disappointment for us. It’s a decent space with a lot of potential but the property just has not been maintained - everything felt word and tired, and overall just not a place you want to hang out and get comfortable. Every closet and some drawers had random stuff packed in them. The walkway to the apartment was not shoveled when we arrived, it was totally iced over which was difficult to navigate with our young kids. There are 2 vacuums in the home but both were jam packed with other people’s dirt and hair. There were no butter knives in the kitchen, the smoke detector battery alert started sounding off in the middle of the night waking our whole group and causing quite a disturbance, and finally the stairs are a safety hazard. They are very very steep. There’s a gate at the top but if you’re traveling with kids you’d really want a gate at the bottom as well to keep kids off the stairs during the day. I reported our issues to Vacasa and ultimately they did send us a small refund, but it doesn’t make a dent in the cost of this trip. We paid a lot to be there, our experience was not in line with the cost.

Great location
Location of the property was great, central to everything which was good. It’s definitely outdated and it wasn’t clear to me that the place was a condo- basically part of a bigger home where other people were staying. That really wasn’t an issue as it was private with separate entrance, etc., but I think good to know. The TV in the master didn’t work but everything else seemed to work as planned. We would definitely consider staying again all in all.

Great Stay!
We had a lovely stay at this property! We were out and about most days, but it was a nice place to return to at the end of the night. The ONE heads up I’d give people who want to book is that the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms can be dangerous. I slipped twice and my son slipped once during the time we were there. No one got hurt and there are hand rails on both sides, but my recommendation is to take it slow and cautious. Just worth it to know, in my opinion. Doesn’t change my overall rating as we enjoyed our stay! Checkout procedures were easy, which is always nice!

Thought it was a bit noisey with all the doors slamming from the attached building Unable to use the gas fire place as instructions were not clear although ticket was put in no one followed up or fixed it so lost that piece we were hoping for Cob webs in bedroom and dust of thickness on living room fan suggest more than one hand towel for bathroom for several nights stay Served it’s purpose but was saddened due to the above

Pleasant surprise
As we pull up we were in disbelief this was the right place. As we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the apartment was. Plenty of space. Would definitely love to stay again
