Great location in North Conway. Steps from Cranmore.
Clean home with well stocked kitchen appliances. It’s a charming old home with small rooms. Overall worth the money and came as advertised. You can walk to RT16 if you wanted to avoid the traffic. Great location.

Good stay in general
We liked the house in general. Mattress and bedrooms very comfortable. The walls needs to be repainted specially in bedrooms
House was very clean & comfortable. Only have 2 cons. Lack of window coverings & outlets in bedrooms. Other than that we had great stay. Location is great. Less than a 10 min walk to local shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Nice house
Nice house. Located close to downtown. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all North Conway attractions. Three bedrooms accomodated our family of four perfectly. Clean house. Kitchen supplies well stocked. WiFi works great. No AC but plenty of fans. Would stay again.

Weekend stay
We stayed with a toddler and infant and found the house very comfortable. I had read issues about the temperature being on the colder side, but we didn’t find that to be true - the thermostat was working and house was comfortably warm. Great location - we were able to walk to the railway and several coffee and breakfast options. Do be aware that the middle bedroom has a slightly sloped floor (maybe pick another room to set up a travel crib) and the rooms have 1-2 bright lights (if you need or like softer light options.)
We liked the place a lot. Good bathrooms, beds, great porch with great view of fall foliage. However there was some heating issues that we had to deal with that took awhile to resolve. We communicated with Vacasa and they communicated with local people but that didn’t get a response very quickly. If they resolve the heat issues (too warm on upper floor, too cold on lower floor) then it’s great.
Our family of four, along with our dog, spent a few days skiing in North Conway and appreciated the property’s convenient location close to ski mountains, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness, especially considering the additional pet and cleaning fees. We noticed overflowing trash outside, multiple light bulbs out, hair on the sheets, and even mouse droppings in the kitchen, which fell far short of our expectations. This property has a lot of potential thanks to its great location and setup, but it would benefit significantly from a thorough cleaning and more attention to detail.
Very clean. Sloping ceilings upstairs made it impossible for bunk bed to align with the wall, which made it a challenge for young kids (3 & 5). Kitchen was not well stocked. Couches were very soft. Heat was not on when we arrived and took hours to warm up. Very close to town and Cranmore. Tall people may have a difficult time in the shower. Linens were very coarse. It snowed about 4-5” while we were there, and people came within a few hours to clear (son in law had shoveled much of driveway by then so we could leave). We enjoyed our visit, for the most part.
Adorable little house in the heart of North Conway
My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and upstairs bath. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to my friends. My only concern was the complete lack of window coverings on a few of the windows that should be covered, including one of the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Also, there was a door to the basement in the kitchen that could not be locked which did not make us feel safe. We propped the living room ottoman in front of the door, wedged between the counter so it could not be opened into the kitchen. That situation really needs to be rectified in order for renters to feel completely safe in a rental home.
My family really enjoyed our stay. The best thing about this property is the location. Walking distance to town. Every morning my mother and I would take a walk down the hill to the center of town to get coffee. It was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go in the White Mountains and the Conway area. The home is older but charming. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and looked recently redone. Plenty of storage. The porch was a great place to relax and look at the scenery. This property is located on a busy street, but it didn't feel as though it was. The driveway was big enough to turn around in so getting in and out was no issue. Just to reiterate what others said, it is an older house, so the outlets are in random places so bring extension cords, specifically if you are going to use the 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom already had them supplied. Also, it lists coin laundry as an amenity in the listing however we did not see any washer or dryer on site. There is however a 24hr laundromat a 2min drive down the street which was convenient, and we just used that during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we come back to the area.

A Charming house in a great location
We stayed here for four nights and loved it. The location was terrific and we loved doing the Conway Scenic Railroad ride. The biggest draw was that it's a pet friendly establishment. That said, some notes for future visitors:
Bring power strips or extension cords. It is an old house and outlets are not in convenient locations.
The thermostat downstairs is sluggish, so it winds up a little chilly. We found a setting of 85 gave us a temp of around 70. The thermostat upstairs is touch sensitive on the right side. so, run your finger up and down the plastic to set it.
The house does have a book about what to do/not do and how to take care of the house, but it is a bit outdated. That said, the flyers and stuff are great.
There is a breakfast spot which makes fantastic crepes not far from the house called Peach's. We highly recommend it for breakfast.
Finally, the cleaners are very prompt to show up at checkout time. If you need a longer checkout, we recommend buying the late checkout option.
I tend to overshare about my stays but you can be sure nothing is left out. My husband and I (60s) usually use some sort of rental because we like the extra space and privacy. This one did not disappoint. Pros and Cons: PRO: First and MOST important to me is that it was truly immaculate. And I am a hard sell. I did not find a single spot that hadn't been cleaned. Even the enclosed porch was dust free. Pro: No bad smells (musty really ruins it for me). Pro: Place was airy and bright. Could use fresh paint but for a basic place to crash its fine. Pro: GREAT water pressure in (upstair) bathroom. Con: Almost NO water pressure in kitchen. (Weird.) Pro: Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Con: some ants in kitchen. Pro: Bear-proof trash can outside. CON: Overfull when we arrived, and animals got to it the last night and left an awful mess. Outdoor area limited, overgrown yard and no fire pit. Pro: Quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. Pro: off street private parking. Pro: Big couches/chair in LR with throws to use (love that!). Con: Some throw pillows were dirty. Pro: plenty of pillows & blankets, and mattresses adequate. Con: Middle bedroom window will not open. Pro: fans everywhere! Con: no shelf/table next to master bed, door to master bedroom will not latch. Pro: Easy TV to operate (this can be a deal breaker!) Nice touches: area book w/info, kids' games, and puzzles. Suggestion: add lamp by big chair for reading. CLEAN, welcoming, big enough and basic. Thumbs up.
The house met our needs perfectly! The beds were super comfortable. The living room was a great place to hang out at night. Great location near the fun shops and restaurants in town. We would definitely book this property again
