「La experiencia en el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Cada vez que querías pedir algo del menú primero tenías que preguntar si realmente había disponibilidad, porque constantemente faltaban cosas. Los desayunos tenían muy poca variedad y terminaban siendo repetitivos. Además, en varias ocasiones el personal de limpieza abrió la puerta de la habitación sin previo aviso, lo cual fue bastante incómodo y afectó nuestra privacidad. En cuanto a amenidades, prácticamente no ofrecen productos de higiene...

「I just loved this place. Felt like visiting family on a remote beach. 180 deg. out from all inclusive corporate places. My hut room was spacious, restaurant was real good. Staff super friendly. Plus got warm welcome from the owners dogs who watch over things. If you’re looking for upscale fifth Avenue luxury Hotels this is not it if you wanna get out in nature and kind of feel like you’re camping in a way and just getting away from everything then this is the place. 「Stayed for 2 days. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the pool during my stay they said it was "dirty". I also paid for a King Size bed but was given a Queen Size bed instead. Additionally, after my first night, I left for the beach and a staff member asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I said yes, but when I returned later that night, the room had not been cleaned at all. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations based on what was booked and paid for.」
