「The living area is bigger than we expected, and we loved watching the horses next door. It's a short drive to downtown Rutland, and it's quiet. 」

「Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was nice size and worked well. Location to Hwy 7 and 4 was convenient. Carpet in the room had a noticeable stain. Roller foot on the only chair kept coming off. A cockroach prowled the bathroom. Carpeting in the halls and foyer were old and worn in places.」
