「Upon arrival, I was greated by one of the resort staff, and initially had a nice feeling. However, within a couple of minutes, the desk clerk told me that my emotional support dog would need to be by my side at all times during my stay, and was not allowed to be in any of the common areas of the resort. 「The entire facility needs to be redone. Dirty carpets, wooden blinds that had broken sections. This is a ski resort and I can’t imagine anyone paying skiing prices to stay here. They said there was complimentary coffee on the floor above ours. It was at the end of a dark hall, was stone cold and looked to be about three or four days old. Just a disgusting place.
