"The breakfast was extremely limited. Dry cereals, breads, make your own waffle with 1 topping (syrup) eggs that looked reconstituted from powder, one fruit option (granny smith apples) oatmeal with no toppings to speak of. Coffee ran out on several mornings. We went out. The room itself was clesn but nothing to write home about. There was damage to the back of the toilet seat but i guess since it didnt hinder function wasnt worthy of replacing. They have 1 single elevator for several floors and a couple hundred people we took the stairs. Parking is close and free but not secured. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Drury Plaza. It is in a great location and clean! I had an issue initially on check in but it was okay, we worked it out. I love the restaurant and bar area too, we can't wait to go back!"

"The room was disgusting! I went down and told them we had no towels or toilet paper in our room & asked to switch rooms because we couldn't adjust our unit from cool to heat or the temperature. She sent maintenance up to fix the heat WHEN WE WENT TO GET DINNER. We showered with our flip flops on because of the filthy shower pan. The sink had hairs and boogers in it. We slept in our car because roaches were everywhere when we turned the light on (i took pictures) and the bed sheets had blood specs, like bedbugs do. The walls and door were just filthy! On top of that, they say at check in there is a noise ordinance after 10pm, and base was thumping at 12am and yelling half threw the night in the parking lot. Not aplace for a nice couple or even kids. There was a woman working a room. Every other hr or so she would change clothes and redo her makeup and a different guy was in and out her room, even the next morning. If the staff paid better attention to the surroundings and did something about it, and the house keepers cared more about cleaning, it wouldnt be bad at all...especially for the price."
