"I was in town to watch baseball, and I could walk to the park in about 25 minutes. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. My room was on the top floor, and it felt and sounded like it was right under an A/C unit that rumbled enough a couple of times that it woke me up. My room was really clean, with sharp sheets and decent towels. The desk was a bit small but the wifi was robust. I would stay here again for sure."

"This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Beautiful roof top view of the city with high priced food and drink, and poor variety of food. Over-priced parking! $70/night. Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."
