「My 2 boys loved the property! They loved the outside play area and the workout room downstairs. We all loved the fantastic views of the Mogollon Rim and the large deck area for relaxing with coffee in morning or a drink in late afternoon. We used the barbecue and it worked great. All appliances worked well and I appreciated the good size trash bin in kitchen as we weren’t forced to dump it the whole 3 days we were there! Beds were comfy, showers worked well. Thank u!」

「We mainly needed a place to sleep that would fit all of us comfortably and keep us close to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tiny house. There were 5 of us but the amenities were fine for our group. The property was the perfect location for visiting the Canyon, it was clean, and very quiet. The only downsides are: 1) I sent a few emails and replied to a text several weeks before our arrival, asking about the possibility of checking in a little bit before 3pm and never heard back from...

「It was great. Super cozy but one thing we were kinda bummed about is that my family and I bbq year round and even though there was a grill and tank we couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. Also just a suggestion to get a better shovel, as one day it snowed while we were there, the shovel was super cheap and didn’t do such good cleaning.」
