This place was perfect and met every expectation we had. The private hot tub, and views of the river from the master bedroom (private balcony) were real highlights. There were multiple details that were appreciated and made our stay comfortable. Notably, a very well outfitted kitchen with plentiful utensils, tools, etc. Provided keurig coffee, provided toiletries, and many others. Rick communicated ahead of checking in and before checkout and was available if needed. With all instructions provided, we were all set and didn't require any help.
One small criticism would be that all of the blinds in the house were in a half-down position and couldn't be raised or lowered. They did have the open and close ability, but were half open in all rooms. There still seemed to be adequate privacy, but I would've definitely preferred to be able to lower them completely. I'm sure the affixed position was intentional, and it wasn't terrible... just really one small thing I'd prefer to have had different. Maybe they could be permanently affixed down with the ability to open the louvers if desired? Just a thought.
Finally, I wanted to praise the property managers for their checkout policy. We have stayed at multipled other vacation rentals in the past that charge a considerable cleaning fee, but still give you an intense chore list to complete on the morning of checkout. Do the dishes, strip the beds, take out the trash, etc. Our instructions were refreshingly simple. Just make sure the hot tub was covered, and that was about it. We still took out our trash and did our dishes out of habit, but it was really nice to not feel like you had to clean the entire house before you left.
Overall we were tremendously happy with our stay here and would absolutely consider staying again and will recommend to others.
