HOUSE DETAILS:
This is a four bedroom house with 7 beds. Everything is newly renovated and has an open concept in the kitchen / living room making it easy to spend time and relax as a group.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware as well as appliances. Don’t forget to use the coffee maker to get your day going.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is over the kitchen counter and has a ready to use TV and sofa bed for extra guests.

FAMILY ROOM: Has a TV and working fireplace

LAUNDRY: The home comes with a full size washer and dryer available to guests.

WiFi: Free, fast, and ready for lots of devices!

Smoking: smoking of any kind inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Noise: In an effort to be good neighbors and comply with local regulations the use of sound equipment, amplified music, and musical instruments is prohibited.

Commercial or Social Events:
Per local ordinance the use of the house for commercial or social events is prohibited. Parties are not allowed at the house.

Damage or Missing Property:
Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the home, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or others present in the home during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment.
