スタッフの方はとても親切です。 事前に送った設備についての問合せメールにも迅速丁寧に答えてもらえました。 スーパーやレストランのある街の中心部までは徒歩15〜20分くらいだと思います（滞在する殆どの方はレンタカーを利用されるようです）。 エアコンはありませんが小さなヒーターと扇風機があり、私達が滞在したときは朝晩やや肌寒い時期でしたがヒーターで充分でした。 部屋には冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポット、電子レンジもありました。 シャワーはひねってすぐに熱いお湯が出てきました。優秀です。 部屋でwifiも問題なく使えました。 清掃は確か月、水、金曜日と決められていました。バスタオル、足ふきマットなどのストックが置いてある場所があり、自由に交換できました。 ゲストランドリーという部屋があり洗濯機が置いてありましたが使用しなかったため誰でも使えるのかどうかわかりません。 寒さが和らいで来た頃、急に小さな虫が部屋に入り込むようになりましたが、自然に囲まれた環境なのである程度は仕方ないと思います（殺虫剤は部屋の中に置いてありました）。 物価の高いノーフォーク島の中では宿泊費を抑えることのできるありがたい存在だと思います。 とても快適に滞在できました！ありがとうございます。 Thank you for comfortable stay. I would like to stay again when I go to Norfolk Island!

It was a lovely place to stay. It was very relaxing and within walkable distance of Burnt Pine. The wine bar was excellent.

Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom unit in the main building with lovely views over the hills to the ocean and Phillip Island. The cabins look really great as well. Easy walk to Burnt Pine township. Google maps photos show a pool in the grounds but it has been removed. Insect screens were damaged or missing so we couldnt leave windows open at night because of mosquitoes. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

Paradise

My stay at Seaview Norfolk Island was wonderful. I stayed in a cabin and it was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff at Seaview go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing time on Norfolk. I will be going back in the future and hopefully i can return to Seaview.

Stayed in this property two times. The cottage is very comfortable with stunning sea view. Great service. Close to everything at the same time very quiet.

Although not designed as a luxurious modern hotel the rooms had everything which was needed including a fridge and microwave. In addition there was a shared kitchen which could be used which had the addition of a hob. The hotel also provided a washing machine and dryer which was free to use for guests which was a big bonus.

It was close to town yet had beautifully country & ocean views. We just had a bed sitter with fridge, microwave & kettle which is all we needed as there was a community kitchen downstairs which was great! We went to Cascade Pier and bought ‘trumpy’ fish from local fishermen & ate in mist nights!! Great holiday all round but accom was terrific!!

Spacious airy studio apartment with huge covered deck / balcony which has fabulous view and shelters apartment from afternoon sun. Good location. Would have preferred the more modern cottage as the apartments are very tired and need renovating.

Three star but good value.

Place was advertised as 3stars and that is what it was. Very helpful staff. No wifi available in rooms but we are talking about Norfolk Is ! Upmarket restaurant on premises. Walking distance to commercial centre.

Roosters making noise all night and day. No air-conditioning. The pool was close which was unfortunate. Good service and amenities.

The reception was rarely manned. Our room was quite nice & bathroom recently renovated. However the pool was green & not available for use. There was no outdoor area that was suitable to sit as our balcony was always in shade & was cold & very breezy. However the property was very convenient to shops & restaurants.

A short but memorable stay

I was very happy with my stay at Seaview. It was quiet and beautiful. The hotel was going through renovations during my stay so restaurant was closed as well, but that did not bother me at all. I heard no noise from the workers and really had a good rest. There is a spectacular view of Phillip Island and surroundings. Burnt Pine is a short walk away with lots of food options and shops. Cyclorama is even closer and not to be missed. The hotel arranged my airport transfers and orientation tour via Baunti Tours which offer other amazing experiences as well. My room was good value for money. The best part were the friendly staff.
