「We had mostly a very good stay. The unit was in very good condition and very well equipped with a great outlook. We had a small issue with ants, but the spray supplied was effective and the TV reception was scratchy. 」

「Older accommodation. Clean, spacious, beds comfortable, full kitchen facilities. Didn't see the "rain shower head" in the bathroom though :) . There was however a shower curtain that liked to "get up close and personal". Would be no good for elderly as car parking was 50 meters from the units down a steep grassy hill and poorly lit. 「We had a wonderful time at Channers which suited us perfectly. Set in beautiful gardens, within walking distance to the shopping centre, and with a neat little car included in the price. We stayed at Apartment One in the original homestead, and we had loads of room and lots of comfort among the beauty of Norfolk Island. We will definitely be visiting again.」

「The apartment and its amenities met all my expectations, except for the internet service, which was lousy. There is a Norfolk Telecom wi-fi hotspot on the property, however its line-of-site service does not extend to all the apartments. There was no service at all to my apartment and I was forced to go outside and sit in the BBQ area to get any reception. "スタッフの方はとても親切です。 事前に送った設備についての問合せメールにも迅速丁寧に答えてもらえました。 スーパーやレストランのある街の中心部までは徒歩15〜20分くらいだと思います（滞在する殆どの方はレンタカーを利用されるようです）。 エアコンはありませんが小さなヒーターと扇風機があり、私達が滞在したときは朝晩やや肌寒い時期でしたがヒーターで充分でした。 部屋には冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポット、電子レンジもありました。 シャワーはひねってすぐに熱いお湯が出てきました。優秀です。 部屋でwifiも問題なく使えました。 清掃は確か月、水、金曜日と決められていました。バスタオル、足ふきマットなどのストックが置いてある場所があり、自由に交換できました。 ゲストランドリーという部屋があり洗濯機が置いてありましたが使用しなかったため誰でも使えるのかどうかわかりません。 寒さが和らいで来た頃、急に小さな虫が部屋に入り込むようになりましたが、自然に囲まれた環境なのである程度は仕方ないと思います（殺虫剤は部屋の中に置いてありました）。 物価の高いノーフォーク島の中では宿泊費を抑えることのできるありがたい存在だと思います。 とても快適に滞在できました！ありがとうございます。 Thank you for comfortable stay. I would like to stay again when I go to Norfolk Island! "
