I read the reviews before booking the property and tbh I was a little concerned, but I was pleasantly pleased with the stay in whole. I did not feel like the area was unsafe, there was not one time that I felt in danger or worried about my vehicle. The staff were AMAZING and so helpful. I would stay again

My key card did not work seven times during my stay and I was made to feel I was the problem because I put the card next to my phone which deactivated the card. This was not true. I asked for my money back for one night when there was a domestic dispute in the lobby while I was getting the card to work again. They should really have guest-only access after a certain hour. It’s obvious they have made some investments, but they need to work on security. There was some random guy just hanging out in the lobby who obviously had no place to go at 2:30am. Not an enjoyable stay.

Our room keys never work after numerous attempts having all reset up and down from 10th floor although they offered another room but know guarantee the view would be same or better so two day stay was okay

Gym had no water and was dirty, I had food to warm up in microwave but no utensils available. Room had no iron and no hair dryer and when we called to ask for more towels since they didn’t clean the room they said they had not enough staff to bring towel. Definitely I would not go back

Front desk staff were cordial & tried to help with no hot water complaint. Property was outdated. We were given rooms on 6th floor via telephone prior to arrival.
Upon arrival the 2 reserved rooms were not available & they attempted to put us on different floors. Finally we were give rooms on the same floor. No complimentary
breakfast & parking is too expensive. $15 for each night.

To start the beds were on casters and the wheels didn’t lock. So my bed literally rolled around all night. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I could barely even use it. The room itself was dated and just gross. I will never be back at the hotel again.

I was worried after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The property wasn’t bad. You get what you pay for. This wasn’t a $300 a night property. It’s a little dated but clean and reasonable for the price.

Just visit the restaurant
The positives: the bed was super comfy and the bartender at the grill inside the hotel was AWESOME.
The negatives: the room was pretty dirty and outdated. Zero water pressure. No microwave.
Overall, the lady in the restaurant hotel saved it from being an awful experience.
