「The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.」

For minimal investment in screens and going to a thrift store for clean sofas, this property could be fine, smoking smell aside. 「Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.」

「It was obvious the house was in need of professional work, DIY was very obvious. This four bedroom house that sleeps 11 only had three forks. The kitchen was very sparse, but large. It was a good the store was close that we were able to stock up on plastic and paper products. Unfortunately, this was our Thanksgiving meal with the family. 「The unit was very clean and was accurate as described on the site. It was just a short walk to the sandy beach of the Chesapeake Bay. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. There was only one small window A/C unit in the bedroom. It was not enough to keep the unit comfortable. We had to place fans in the hall area to pull cool air into living area which is where another bed was located. It stayed uncomfortably warm in the unit (76-80 degree). 「The beach was very private and nice. As others stated the outside was a little run down but it didn’t affect our stay. It was very clean. The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful with providing a canopy for the beach. We had neighbors but really didn’t hear them. If you are looking for a 4 bedroom that is pet friendly and a private beach then I would recommend. If you are looking for a mansion then this is not the place for you. It was fine...

「Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...
