Top Nordeste Hotel Reviews

Octant Furnas

8/10 Good

"It was mostly great having the volcanic pools on site. Property was heavily carpeted even though a lot of moisture and not too clean in the shared areas. Very busy with guests and not enough staff on the grounds especially during breakfast / mealtimes / trying to book spa appointments."

White Exclusive Suite & Villas

10/10 Excellent

"We loved out time here. White is a very special hotel, it is small and the staff was attentive. They gave us a phone to communicate with them whatever we needed during the day. They provided detailed site seeing information and restaurant information and they would coordinate anything you needed. The hotel itself was beautiful. It does not look like much from the street, but once you walk through the doors it is all ocean views. We enjoyed time spent at the infinity pool overlooking the water. Delicious breakfast was served outside so you could maximize time spent with that view. Dinner was also delicious with freshly caught fish and vegetables from their own garden. We loved our time in the Azores and big reason was this because of this hotel. We are already planning our return."

House in countryside

8/10 Good

"The house is very nice, quiet. We fortunately to have good weather to be able to use the pool and have a down day to get over jet lag. My only complaints are, the barking dogs on the adjacent properties, and there is also not a lot of restaurants in the area. There is a a very small store that had enough for us to cook at the house. The master suite shower has a few problems with leaking all over the floor. But the view at the property is beautiful and very peaceful. The host was very nice and gave us a lot of information about things to do in the area. If we were to come back to the island, we would probably stay again."
