You can set off on your hikes in the Rondane National Park directly from the house. Enjoy the magnificent view of Rondane and Jotunheimen from the summit of Sukkertoppen. Explore the mountain landscape on the Peer Gynt Seterveg trail, which leads over Kvamsfjellet between Kvam and Vinstra. Cast a line in Lake Furusjøen, not far from the house you will find a grocery store and café. In winter you have direct access to the ski slopes from here.
