"Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there. "

"The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. I would have loved to of had the time to get to know everyone better. I cannot recommend this establishment more. If you are even close to Bikaner stay here."

Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting. To top everything, while I was trying to sort the whole issue of them not being able to...
