"We enjoyed this very pleasant house with a magnificent view of Caddo Lake. It has everything you need to feel at home; well appointed and comfortable bedding. Little touches that are nice: coffee pods, sugar, water bottles, welcome booklet with explanations and advice, etc. One detail that is not one depending on the constraints of each: the ground floor and the first floor are not connected inside, you have to go through the stairs outside."

"The property has been well planned by using a mfd home and adding floorspace to it. Amenities include a deck w hottub, a game room, a porch w outdoor tv, and the balcony overlooking the river. Great place to host friends and family!"
"The room was great. The ceiling fan was unexpected. The shower was one of the best I've been under. It was high enough that I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair. "
"The property is beautiful and quiet. The interior of the house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, ample space, and stocked with everything a guest would need (sans food, of course), the sofa, chairs, beds were comfortable. There's plenty of closet space and both bathrooms were nice sizes and fully stocked. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that the lake was low so there was no water under the wooden walkway and sitting area in the woods, but that's beyond the owner's control, ha ha. The property is also very close to lake, stores to purchase food and other supplies, the Caddo Lake State Park, companies offering lake tours and kayak/canoe rentals so that makes up for it. Johnson's Marina was recommended to us and the tour was wonderful with a very knowledgeable tour guide so we got to see plenty of lake. We did have to communicate with the owners regarding a small matter, which turned out to be nothing in the end, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Very nice people! I would highly recommend this property to others."
"Unique option for an out of the norm experience. We went for my husband's birthday, we enjoyed being right on the water. Location was right in the middle of everything that Uncertain has to offer. We were able to enjoy a mud boat racing event on one of the days we were there. I did see a few complaints about the activity/noise on the dock where this is located. All activity was during "normal" hours, most activity in the surrounding area died down around 8ish. This is a boat house in an active area so it was all expected. We enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful with suggestions. We took my husband's boat, so we did our own tours but heard great things about the tour that leaves out from the dock next to here. "
