Villa Anlero is located in the beautiful small town of Nin on the eastern coast of the Adriatic and is one of the most beautiful villas in the town of Nin. The Riviera abounds with long sandy beaches with a total length of 50 km, which are located in the middle of a unique lagoon in Croatia. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is Kraljičina beach with healing mud and an impressive view of the Velebit mountain that takes your breath away. Near the villa there is a beautiful sandy beach Ninska laguna, where you can enjoy summer days with your family.



The modern newly built Villa Anlero has 4 luxury bedrooms with 2 singles and 3 double beds and a sofa in the living room that can also serve as an extra bed for one person (8 + 1). For children there are also two baby cots and two feeding chairs on your disposal. The villa has two modern and functional bathrooms with a shower.



In the garden there is a heated swimming pool with 9 sun loungers which is fully fenced to ensure your privacy. The youngest will enjoy playing in the pool, and are provided with trampoline, mini goals for the pool and a Play station. You can enjoy delicious dishes from the kitchen in the indoor and outdoor dining room with 8 seats. You can also prepare delicious meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. You can experience a rich gastronomic offer in many restaurants and taverns located in Nin. There are in total 4 parking spots, 3 inside the yard and 1 outside the yard.



In addition to having this beautifully decorated holiday villa at your disposal, you are also in an excellent location that offers a variety of activities such as wine tours, rafting, aquapark, cycling, sailing and horseback riding. You can also get to know the Dalmatian tradition through olive oil tours, visits to the salt museum or donkey farms. Do not forget to visit Plitvice Lakes, beautiful Zadar, Kornati and other islands of the Zadar archipelago.
