When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

Es ist richtig, dass alles ein wenig schief ist, wir fanden das charmant.Das Ehepaar Zimmermann hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und obwohl unser Hund mit den beiden ansässigen Vierbeinern offensichtlich inkompatibel war, hat es keinerlei Probleme gegeben.Die Umgebung war perfekt für unsere ausgedehnten Spaziergänge. Leider hat der See derzeit kein Wasser, wir haben die Umrundung aber...

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauna im separaten Gartenhaus war ein Traum. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. "

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

" “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
