Stunning Sunsets at this Waterfront Home

Three Story Townhome style home with outside deck overlooking the Bay. The home is located within 100 yards of the Bluewater Bay Marina and L.J. Schooners Restaurant where you can socialize outside and listen to bands on certain weekends. The home is located within 15 miles of the Ocean, Golf, Amusement activities etc. The house has two bedrooms with king beds in both, three bathrooms and an office with full desk furniture. There is wireless internet and Dish Network Television.

Nice location

Townhouse worked for us, however it needs repair. Needs to be fully repainted inside. Front porch light inoperative. Outside patio outlet unsafe, not secured in outlet. Could not turn off mid-floor bedroom fan.; no switch on wall or fan. Expected more.

Great location, awesome view

Having lived in Bluewater Bay before, I was familiar with these condos and was very excited about the view and the close proximity to Schooners and the pool( pool pass is separate). Jeff was easy to get ahold of and was attentive to any needs we had. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful View

The view of the water is stunning and the quiet of the neighborhood speaks for itself ironically. Jeff was a pleasant host, I would highly recommend this spot to anyone trying to get away from the noise of the city trying to enjoy quiet and relaxation. Might come back again!

Short stay in paradise!

We stayed Tues-Sunday. We especially enjoyed the view of the bay from the big picture window on the 2nd floor! It was spotless, and in a quiet neighborhood. Within a few minutes, we walked to the marina and/or seafood restaurant. Would definitely rent again.

Niceville hideaway

Our first vrbo stay was very pleasant. My husband and I typically stay in hotel or resorts but decided to give vrbo a try and everything went smoothly. Townhome was very clean and conveniently located.

Great view of the lagoon.

This place was just what me and my friends needed to get away for a bit. Very quiet and out of the way. The scenery was awesome and we actually saw dolphins on the very first morning swimming in the lagoon/bay from the huge windows over looking it. Very nice property!!

Great space for families!

Beautiful view of the water, be prepared to climb stairs….there are 4 levels to the townhouse. Host was very helpful. Lots of space to spread out. Would stay here again!

Great view and convenient location

We enjoyed the condo very much. We discovered the marina just across the parking lot with restaurant and live music. There are a lot of stairs...got plenty of exercise!
