Fantastic Location in the Heart of Nice

We stayed at Résidence Aston La Scala in Nice and found the location to be one of the best in the city. It's right near Old Nice, very central, and within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants — incredibly convenient for exploring with a family. The apartment itself was spacious and well-suited for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One downside, however, was the check-in experience. Despite arriving after a long overnight flight with children, we were told the apartment wasn’t ready at the 4pm check-in time. We had to keep following up with the front desk staff, who, unfortunately, were not particularly friendly or helpful. It made for a frustrating start to our stay. That said, the location and apartment quality make this a solid choice, especially if you're looking for a centrally located base in Nice.

All was good. One improvement could be having an attendant at the resident part the hotel more often, so one does not have to visit the hotel for any request(s).

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Great for Family of 4. One small hiccup with leak during rainy night but maintenance came right away to look at. Also, front desk is only staffed til 7 pm and not on Sundays, so reservation should reflect that adjacent Hotel La Scala will provide check-in and check-out services during off times

Our apartment smelled really bad, and there was hair everywhere. We moved to the hotel, but got no compensation at all.

The room was okay, but where was a weird smell in the halls and in the lobby, it wasn’t very pleasant. The rooms were also very loud, I could hear my neighbours entire conversation from the connecting door in the kitchen. Everything also felt very cheap, a door was broken, a sink was clogged and the bathroom door handle flew off when I pulled it. Also, for the price it costs the amenities inside were pretty basic. No iron, no coffee capsules. But otherwise the service was nice and the location was great.

Das Zimmer 001 im Erdgeschoss ist eine Katastrophe. Nichts funktioniert, die Einrichtung ist grottenschlecht, Möbel stehen ohne Sinn herum, im Badezimmer gibt es null Ablagen, dafür ist der Abfluss verstopft und das ganze Bad wird beim Duschen geflutet. Die Klimaanlage macht einen Höllenlärm, lässt sich aber nicht ausschalten. Auch nicht durch Hotelpersonal. Werde dort nie wieder hingehen

Helt ok standard. Var ikke klar over at Aston Residens var i et eget bygg. Vi slet veldig med kloakk lukt i hele leiligheten, dette føltes ubehagelig. Eller var det enormt lytt fra naboleiligheten. Alt i alt ok, men kommer nok ikke tilbake. Synest også at det trengs oppgradering av bassengområdet på Aston hotell.

Dörren gick inte att stänga utan att slå igen dörren. Det var ofta upplåst när vi kom till rummet efter att de varit för och städat och inte smällt igen dörren. Kassaskåpet var låst när vi kom och vi sa till 6-7 ggr att vi behövde använda det.
