Stunning spot

This property is well situated , across the road from the beach , surrounded by restaurants , very safe . The building has an escalator and lifts to your room. The room is well e equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nice. This is a property I would stay in again next time I visit the beautiful city of Nice. No

Beautiful stay!

The apartment is in a fabulous location right on la promenade des anglais near the Hard Rock. It’s suited for 2 people and maybe a child. It is a studio. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed. That side of the building does lose the sunlight early in the day, but it’s gorgeous in the morning. Careful on the balcony not to close the door all the way…you will get locked out as there’s no handle to open it from the outside. Value for the stay was a bit high, imo, but I’m thinking it’s because of the pool on the rooftop, which I never used as there aren’t any lounge chairs up there. Better to enjoy the beach. My friends had a larger place a block down on the promenade with a gorgeous balcony that got sun all day and it was half the price, but no pool which, once again, I think is what brings the price up. Depends on your needs or desires I guess. Other than that it was perfect, and communication with Monika was good.

Un séjour inoubliable face à la mer

Nous avons été enchantés. Conformément aux photos, l'appartement est splendide. La propriétaire a été extrêmement avenante, des présents nous ont été offerts lors de notre arrivée. Une personne nous attendait afin de nous accueillir et nous expliquer les fonctionnalités. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

Nice stay

The apartment was lovely and centrally located. It was very clean and the check in process was very easy. I’d say we spent very little time in the apartment but I’d rather call it a small hotel suite with a balcony. Perfect for two adults but more would be tough given the limited space. Cheers

Perfectly equipped apartment with a wonderful terrasse with partial sea view close to old town

The apartment is on the 6th floor, very well equipped, not only as regards the kitchen, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, well kept & clean. The terrasse is spacy, there are two sunbeds & comfortable room for a table & four chairs. It is situated not on the sea front, but on the side front, so there is only partial sea view, but thus less noise from the Promenade. There is one big room & double bed & sofa and seperate rooms for the kitchen, the toilet & the bathroom (& washing machine) and a small entrance room. We appriciated the doors all rooms have - we could close the door to the entrance room and had two doors to the hall and less noise from there at night (there was anyway not so much noise at night). We had access to the final floor with piscines (the water was a little too fresh for bathing for us) and a sensational panoramic view. We could hire a parking possibility as well (for an additional fee) which was useful. When we had a question with the Internet we received an answer quickly - despite the holiday season.

Great Location!

Overall a great experience! Awesome location, very convenient for everything that we had planned. The room was a good size for 2 people and very comfortable. Balcony was a great bonus. Nice bathroom, small kitchen but big enough for on vacation. Check in process was fine but we were not aware there would be a €20 charge for coming in later in the evening. Only other issue is that the listing says there is a washer / dryer, but as long as we tried we never were able to get it to dry. Only wash. But clothes dried on the rack on the balcony, so, no problem. The building is nice, the rooftop would be awesome in the summer. Monika was very easy to get a hold of and communication was great. We would stay here again!

Very nice apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

It's a luxury apartment, with marble and good equipments all over the flat. The flat is a studio so not enormous. (We stayed there as a family of 4, probably it's more confortable for a couple). It has nice bedding, a proper air conditioning, full equipemnts for cooking and cleaning the house. A nice terrace with subeds and table. Access to the roof condo swimming pool, big shower. Nothing to complain, would like to come back soon! Thank you Vanina

It feels like home

Excellent!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave 10 stars. The apartment: Super clean, modern and right at the beach boulevard. It is close to everywhere (old town, restaurants, 16 mins walk to train station and 21 mins drive to airport). And I have to say this is the cleanest apartment I've stayed: I am so sensitive to fabric and hence I could always tell if towels, bed sheets, pillows or any other items that may touch my skin are clean enough. Usually I only use my own set but I have to say everything in the place I was happy to use and never got rash or allergies. Sparkling clean it is. The owner Monika: I could not say enough about how great Monika is! Since our reservation, checkin, during our stay till checkout, she is always so responsive and considerate! It is truly a pleasure to be hosted by her!
